I've gotten the itch to start drawing again, after a 20 year hiatus. So inspired by both the Ancients rules we are playing, and the movie Mongol, I've
deciced to have a go at doing a comic book from start to finish. I have an idea for how the story plays out over 10 issues, maybe could go forever if I wanted
to, but I want to at least do 1 full issue of pages.

This project is not for anything in particular, I'm just in the mood to draw, and I like comics. <img...

Found them quite fun to paint. The level of detail is very impressive, and all the bits on the full scale craft are there in the mini. The ships are bigger
than I had imagined, and did a scale shot here. Lots of modelling opportunities for making up some ground terrain to bomb/protect, and when I feel inspired
I'm going to put some of these together.

First base: bases..... wanted to use something that gave a nice impressive look, and the army is going to be based on a green slime/concrete slab world. A

came out with these: used the new washes on the barrels of the guns and also on the metal of the cadians. Really impressed with these: they dry quickly, come
out at a fairly 'normal' strength, meaning they dont need watering down to use fresh, and also they dry matt and very evenly, which I was very

they do bear some resemblance to the current Lizardmen models, they are weirdly sculpted, utterly unique, and very hard to come by. So of course I have to try
to collect an army of them! I plan to post up new acquisitions as they come in, which should be fairly quickly and regularly, as I intend to be very agressive
