The fact that he had an affair is completely irrelevant.
The fact that he was a 'tough on prostitution' politician, and has personally locked people up for being involved in it, makes him the worst kind of hypocrite. He's intentionally ruined people's lives who have hurt no one with no purpose other than advancing himself. Justice would be best server if everyone he ever threw into the gears of the justic system for prostitution got one free shot. With a sword. And here in Jersey our Democrats have all sorts of scandelous gay affairs as well. But at least they have the decency to resign.

I think the problem is the whole psychology of those who seek high elected office. You have to have a HUGE ego to want to be responsible for millions of
people's lives, welfare, etc. On top of that, you're no longer treated like a human. You have dozens of people sucking up to you, sending you gifts,
driving you around, guarding you, asking you questions, etc. It can take an incredibly egotistical individual and drive them over the edge.
Granted, not all are like this. But many are. Spitzer was actually well known as a real asshole in person.

Apparently, that's her. There was an article about her in the New York Times, which basically quoted her Myspace. Consequently, her Myspace then got crazy amounts of views. I refreshed the page after a minute and saw that the previews had gone up by like 20,000 in a minute. |
